     Sinfonia  

The Greenville County Sinfonia is the intermediate-level honors ensemble.  Sinfonia is a full symphony orchestra that includes winds, brass and percussion as well as strings. They perform grade 3 literature. These students perform in the Winter Orchestras concert and the Spring Orchestras concert. Sinfonia Chamber

Sinfonia Chamber was formed to meet the needs of our growing strings program.  Sinfonia Chamber focuses on grade level 2 literature, with an emphasis on technique building through repertoire. Junior SInfonia 

The Greenville County Junior Sinfonia is the advanced-beginner honors ensemble.  Orchestra teachers at each school identify students to participate in this strings-only ensemble.  They meet the second half of the school year and perform in the Spring Orchestras concert in April.
