hollyHolly Caprell

Mrs. Caprell received her B.A. from Converse College in Spartanburg South Carolina.  In addition to her position as Greenville County Youth Orchestras' Executive Director, Holly is a private voice and piano teacher and the resident voice teacher in the Southside Private Musicians program at Southside Christian School.   Holly has held numerous administrative positions over the years including; financial administrator at First Presbyterian Church in Kingsport Tennessee and interim financial secretary at First Presbyterian Church in Greenville. While in Tennessee she was very active on the board of the Kingsport Symphony Orchestra and was president and sectional conductor of the KSO Chorus.   Holly lives in Simpsonville with her husband Jim who is Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Simpsonville.  Their oldest son Owen is currently pursuing a masters degree in bass trombone performance at the University of Utah.  Younger son Josh is pursuing a Bachelor of Music in percussion performance at Boston Conservatory.
