The School District of Greenville County provides an excellent base for GCYO:  faculty, rehearsal space, transportation for equipment, and some funds for music and supplies. MANY of the activities of the orchestra, however, are possible thanks to the contributions made by the Association’s sustaining members.  The Association, a non-profit organization, gives Greenville County Youth Orchestra its characteristic breadth of activities and services, like scholarships, the Middle School Orchestra Festival, rental of local performing venues, hiring of additional coaches and musicians, providing refreshments for rehearsals and concerts and much more.

GCYO could not offer the range of experiences it does without the crucial assistance of the Association. We need you to become a member! Levels of Membership

Medieval level (up to $25)

Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts

Renaissance Level ($26-$75)

Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts. A voucher for one of the following: a GCYO mug, magnet or t-shirt

Baroque level ($76-$150)

Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts. A voucher for two of the following: a GCYO mug, magnet or t-shirt

Classical level ($151-$300)

Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts. A voucher for your choice of three of the following: a GCYO mug, magnet, t-shirt, concert CD or DVD

Romantic level ($301-$500)

Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts. A voucher for your choice of four of the following: a GCYO mug, magnet, t-shirt, concert CD or DVD

Conductor’s Circle ($501-$999)

Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts. Special recognition at the beginning of each concertA voucher for two tickets to one concert of your choice held at Gunter Theater and a voucher for 1 CD or DVD of one concert of your choice

Director’s Circle ($1000+)

Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts. Special recognition at the beginning of each concert. A voucher for two tickets to all three concerts held at Gunter Theater or a ¼ page program insert ad
